Our monthly support meeting in Wokingham is on Wednesday 4th May 2022 at 7.00pm. Sarah Matthews will talk about how our nervous system may be shaping our life and how we can use our own body to create change.

Sarah supports children and adults in making changes to their body at the nervous system level.

"When we create new pathways from the body to the brain, we are opening up new possibilities and potential for change. Change may be feeling less anxious, more open to connect with others, less prone to extremes of emotion, better sleep, self compassion, overcoming physical limitations like riding a bike, better balance."

Sarah was originally a scientist, and then moved into education. She found her niche and passion in using energy healing and neurodevelopment to help people change from the body up to the brain.

After the session there will be time for refreshments and a chat.

Numbers will be limited to a maximum of 20 people, so booking is essential if you wish to come along. As always, the meetings are completely free of charge and everyone is welcome. We aim to provide a safe and confidential environment where everyone is listened to and treated with respect.
